Staff and students from Catering and Hospitality have been very busy gearing up for the festive season. Every student in the department is involved with the preparation and service of Christmas lunch and dinner and the annual Christmas Fayre will be the place to purchase our sought after homemade pickles, chutney and puddings.
Level 3 Patisserie students have created their annual centerpiece, this year aptly named ’Deck the Halls’. The striking six tier cake was carefully decorated with garlands of edible holly, ivy and roses.
Students have also volunteered to prepare 175 food boxes as part of the annual Kids' Christmas Party.
Meanwhile, the Level 2 and 3 students will be serving the Principal and Governors at their ‘Christmas Dinner’ at Sketty Hall on 18 December.
