Apprenticeship Week Wales is back for 2025, an annual celebration that shines a spotlight on the vital role apprenticeships play in shaping the future workforce, empowering learners and driving business success.
This year, AW Wales runs from Monday 10 – Sunday 16 February, where employers, colleges, schools and more come together to showcase the life changing opportunities apprenticeships provide and their significant contribution to the economy.
At Gower College Swansea, we’ll be hosting a wide variety of activities prior to and throughout the week to celebrate and demystify apprenticeships:
- On Wednesday 5 February, the College will be hosting an Apprenticeship Fair, a dedicated event for people of all ages to find out more about our award-winning apprenticeships, meet employers and get career/apprenticeship support.
- On Monday 10 February, Gower College Swansea will be hosting its annual Apprenticeship Awards. The ceremony will celebrate the achievements of apprentices, employers and staff from all subject areas!
- Finally, from Monday 10 – 14 February, apprenticeship information sessions will be held virtually on Microsoft Teams, details of which can be found below!
