College catering alumni returns to College

We have regular masterclasses in food preparation and food service, including high profile chefs, local businesses and alumni students. We were delighted to welcome back our catering alumni Nick Jones, who progressed through the levels to complete the Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Professional Cookery and Patisserie and Confectionery with us.
