Strategic Management and Leadership Practice (CMI) Level 7 - Qualifications
Overview
Strategic Management and Leadership Practice is designed for those who are looking to develop strategic management and leadership practice, and have the knowledge, skills and behaviours to drive business activities in a senior, regional, specialist, director or CEO management and leadership role.
The qualification is available as a concise Award, a broader Certificate or as a comprehensive Diploma.
Key information
The qualifications consist of a breadth of units, reflective of the tasks and activities required by managers in roles such as senior managers, regional managers, as well as specialist managers who are accountable to a senior manager or business owner.
Learners will be allocated a dedicated tutor/assessor, who will work closely with both learners and employer to ensure the unit content is suited to their individual role, organisational priorities and meets the requirements of the qualification. Delivery can be remote, or the tutor/assessor can visit the learner every four to six weeks at a location convenient for both learner and assessor.
