Principles of Professional Coaching (CMI) Level 5 - Qualifications
Overview
Principles of Professional Coaching is designed to support individuals in the development of knowledge of professional coaching, helping them to understand the core requirements for effective coaching practice.
The qualifications are also designed for individuals wishing to develop their knowledge of professional coaching to understand the coaching process, without the requirement to demonstrate the application of skills.
The qualification is available as a concise Award or a broader Certificate.
Key information
The qualifications have been designed for practising or aspiring professional coaches looking to formalise or develop their learning and progress to a coaching role.
Learners will be allocated a dedicated tutor/assessor, who will work closely with both learners and employer to ensure the unit content is suited to their individual role, organisational priorities and meets the requirements of the qualification. Delivery can be remote, or the tutor/assessor can visit the learner every four to six weeks at a location convenient for both learner and assessor.
