Titled Looking to the future, the event is a rare opportunity to gain a fantastic insight into leadership and management from a distinguished lineup of guest speakers, including Menai Owen Jones, Ben Burggraaf, Stuart Davies, Bernie Davies and Paul Kift.

Menai Owen Jones: Menai is an award-winning Chief Executive with over 12 years of experience, including leading LATCH Welsh Children’s Cancer Charity and The Pituitary Foundation, who has recently been recognised in the 2024 PINC list. She is a Non-Executive Director, Independent Advisor and advocate for social justice, equity and inclusion. Menai is also a Fellow of multiple prestigious organisations and a dedicated mentor.
Ben Burggraaf: Ben, a Netherlands native, began his career in 2002 and has extensive experience in energy management. As CEO of Net Zero Industry Wales, he now leads efforts to guide Welsh industrial clusters toward achieving net zero emissions, drawing on his expertise from previous roles at Port Talbot Steelworks and Welsh Water.
Stuart Davies: Stuart, a former Swansea RFC and Wales rugby union player, transitioned into a successful business career, holding executive roles in development, property services and rugby management. Highly networked in Wales, Stuart is a well-known rugby pundit and will speak on the parallels between leadership in business and sport.
Bernie Davies: Bernie, a TEDx speaker and bestselling author, is a leader in diversity and entrepreneurship. She has received multiple awards, served om various boards and made history as the first black female Independent Advisory Panel Member for the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales. Bernie champions entrepreneurship with a focus on diversity.
Paul Kift: Paul is the Vice Principal of Skills and Partnerships at Gower College Swansea, a strategic leader in Further Education with a proven history of delivering exponential growth and developing award-winning teams. Formerly Director of Business Development at Cardiff and Vale College and, prior to this, Business Development Manager at Capital Law, Paul will share insights on the power of networking.
