Gower College Swansea is committed to making a positive and lasting difference to the communities, economy, culture and environment of southwest and mid Wales.

As a large regional college, our civic mission is about using our knowledge, expertise, facilities, networks and influence to work with others to address the opportunities and challenges facing our communities. It is about ensuring that education is not only a route to individual achievement, but a powerful force for inclusive growth, social mobility, opportunity and community wellbeing.

We believe the greatest impact is achieved when we work together. We will build strong and purposeful partnerships with universities, schools, employers, public services, community organisations and other regional partners, bringing together our collective strengths to tackle challenges that no organisation can resolve alone.
