As the firebreak lockdown comes to a close, here is some important information for when you return to College next week.
From Monday 9 November
We will now resume our face to face method of teaching for all our full time students.
If you are a part time student or an apprentice, your course will resume in the same way as it did before the firebreak lockdown.
If you are unsure of any details in relation to your course, please contact your tutor. Don’t forget to check the student portal for access to key information including wellbeing support.
We are here to support each other and it is so important that we follow Welsh Government guidance and keep each other safe. So ahead of next week, please continue to remember the following:
- Keep a 2 metre safe distance from others
- Wash your hands regularly and use the sanitiser in the classrooms and around the campuses
- Wear your face covering in communal areas or public spaces.
If you are feeling unwell, please do not come into College, you should book a Covid-19 test if you have any of the following symptoms:
- a new, continuous cough
- a high temperature
- loss or change to taste or smell
Also, familiarise yourself with our video to remind you of the safety measures we have introduced at College.
If you are finding it difficult at any point please let us know by either contacting your personal tutor or any of the support services via the portal.
The Sports Centre will also reopen from Monday 9 November for staff and students. Members of the public can also access the facility during the following allocated times.
For general guidance about the Covid-19 rules that will be in place from Monday 9 November, please visit the Welsh Government’s FAQ page.
We are all in this together and are here to help you keep learning.
Take care and stay safe
Mark Jones, Principal
