Here’s what you need to know if you’re planning to join us for our Gorseinon Campus Open Event on Wednesday, 13 November, from 3:30pm to 7:30pm. We can’t wait to see you there!
Due to our £20.6m refurbishment of the Campus – which will result in enhanced facilities including social space, a new atrium and classrooms - there might be some extra things to consider before you visit us.
Please pre-register for the event if you can. Not only will this likely save you time when you arrive, but it will also allow us to keep in touch with you with any event updates.
Here is a site map for anyone not familiar with the Gorseinon Campus. This map will show you the best way to get across the Campus on foot. If the weather is bad on the evening, please dress appropriately as many areas of the campus are not undercover.
There will be plenty of staff and students present on the night to help you find your way around the College.
Limited parking is available on campus. Overflow car parking will also be available at Loughor RFC after 3.30pm, and the bus bays off Glebe Road after 5pm.
Please make your way to your welcome talk slot upon arrival. This will either be in A Block or in D4 - both of which are highlighted on the map.
Take a look at our programme for the event - here you can see all the subject areas and support areas that will be represented on the night.
Don’t forget that, in addition to finding out more about our A Levels and vocational courses, you can also find out more about apprenticeships, funding and transport, our Oxbridge programme, sports academies, Welsh language support, and much more.
Our coffee shop will be open on the night. You are also welcome to take a look around our library.
If you decide you want to apply on the night, you will be able to do so – just head to the library and have a chat with a member of our Admissions team.
Need more help planning your journey? Take a look at this interactive Google map which has parking areas highlighted.
