Team Leading (CMI) Level 2 – Certificate
Overview
The Level 2 CMI Team Leading qualification offers a highly flexible approach to learning, and has been designed for practising or aspiring team leaders who wish to develop their team leading skills and knowledge. This qualification is an ideal starting point for your career journey.
Key information
Learners must be new or aspiring team leaders.
Learners will be allocated a dedicated tutor/assessor, who will work closely with both learners and employer to ensure the units selected are suited to their individual roles, organisational priorities and meet the requirements of the qualification. Delivery can be remote, or the tutor/assessor can visit the learner every four to six weeks at a location convenient for both learner and assessor.
