Overview
This qualification will provide learners with the opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge of core data concepts and relate them to Microsoft Azure data services.
The qualification will enable learners to demonstrate the following skills:
- Describe core data concepts
- Identify considerations of relational data on Azure
- Describe considerations for working with non-relational data on Azure
- Describe an analytics workload on Azure
Learners will be provided with the means and post-delivery support to undertake the Microsoft DP900 exam, and to achieve DP900 certified status.
Key information
Learners should be comfortable with core data concepts and be starting to work with data in the cloud. Learners should also be familiar with the concepts of relational and non-relational data, as well as the different types of data workload such as transactional and analytical.
Delivery will take place at Sketty Hall Business School.
Microsoft Certified Learning Pathways related to Azure Database Administrator Associate or Azure Data Engineer Associate.
The qualification will be delivered by Gower College Swansea partners, Stable, who are leaders in Microsoft Certified Education.
