The first ever apprenticeship course focusing on putting people at the centre of the design of digital public services is celebrating the successful graduation of its three students.

The User Centred Design apprenticeship was developed by the Centre for Digital Public Services (CDPS) in partnership with Gower College Swansea (GCS).

Gower College Swansea is celebrating the achievements of five apprentices from Swansea Council’s Digital Services team, who have recently completed their two-year Telecoms Professional apprenticeship programme. All five have successfully transitioned into career opportunities within the Council, marking a significant milestone in the partnership between the College and Swansea Council.

Accredited by the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX), this highly practical and career-focused programme will enable candidates to pursue a variety of roles within the legal sector, including Paralegal, Legal Assistant, Legal Administrator and Legal Secretary.
