The Vanilla Pod restaurant gives students from the catering and hospitality courses an opportunity to develop their practical skills and gain valuable experience in a professional kitchen and restaurant.
Our talented and passionate students dedicate themselves to providing you with an exceptional dining experience, complete with a welcoming atmosphere and delicious food.

Service charges not applied. Gratuities, left a your discretion, will be used to subsidise an end of year trip for students. Guests are politely requested that they vacate the training restaurant by 2.15pm at lunchtime and 9pm during service. Thank you for your cooperation.
