Screen readers
- Stationery and hand-held readers

Screen overlays and coloured paper
- Borrow coloured screen overlays for use on library PCs and laptops
- Borrow coloured paper for writing and printing
Available at Tycoch, Gorseinon and University Centre
Height adjustable desks
- Height adjustable desks for wheelchair users or those who want to stand up whilst working at a PC.
- Press a button on the front to adjust height.

Lift and ramp access
- Lift access is available at Tycoch, Gorseinon and University Centre libraries.
Ramp access is also available for the ground floor at Gorseinon Library.
eBooks and eJournals
- Go to Library Online to access eBooks and eJournals.
- Online books and eJournals have software that allows you to change the font size and page colour.
Available at all libraries
1-to-1 support
- Get in-person, online and phone support from Library staff
- Additional support available for Autistic learners thanks to our trained Autism Mentor.
Books suitable for various reading levels
- Books suitable for readers at different reading levels can be found in the @ Y Parc area.
- Books to support English language and mathematical skills area also available.

Quiet spaces
- Neurodivergent learners can access the library break room in Tycoch when in need of a quiet moment.
- The libraries also have designated quiet areas, where you can work without noisy disturbances.

Books delivered to other campuses
- Can't find the book you want? Use our Library Search to request books to be delivered to the campus library where you are based
Service available at all libraries.
ESOL support
- Staff at Llwyn Y Bryn campus are especially experienced with supporting students who are undergoing English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL).
