Outdoor Traditional Crafts

This course will encourage you to experiment and explore through a range of different mediums and processes.

You will experience different techniques of mould making and understand the theory of technical aspects. There are opportunities to develop various casting techniques with different materials to include:

• Plaster
• Modroc
• Resin
• Stone fillers
• Clay and cement.  

All health and safety guidelines will be given. 

This is an ideal two day introduction course for anyone interested in working with different media and 3D or to build up your skills for your own practice.

On completion, you will have created a bespoke mixed media 3D artefact to be enjoyed outdoors.
