Those with fixed results days should look out for an invitation from us w/c Monday 7 August. This will detail the arrangements for collecting your results. The fixed results days are:
A Level, Vocational Level 3 (such as BTEC,OCR,UAL,NCFE) and Welsh Baccalaureate
Thursday 17 August 2023 (from 9.15am)
GCSE and Vocational Level 2
Thursday 24 August 2023 (from 9.15am)
Results will also be available via eILP on both days.
Please note that you must bring ID, which includes your name, in order to collect your results.
If you cannot collect your results yourself, you will need to give authorisation in writing (not text or email) to allow someone else to collect for you. This person should also bring ID with them. Under no circumstances can results be given over the phone or email.
Any uncollected statement of results will be posted to your home address on the afternoon of the respective results day.
Further guidance can be found on the student portal
If your qualification doesn’t have a fixed result day, then your results will appear on your eILP once issued and you will receive your certificate through the post.
Have you recently changed your address? If so, please contact Enrolment@gcs.ac.uk before 15 August 2023 in order to update your records.
