Overview
This Digital Discovery Day is designed for professionals who want to use AI tools to work more efficiently and with confidence.
Participants will explore tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Notebook LM and Gamma, focusing on practical tasks including managing and summarising emails, recording and transcribing meetings, and planning projects more effectively.
The session emphasises real-world application, with opportunities to share experiences, learn from others, and develop sensible, effective ways to use AI in everyday workplace settings.

The course is delivered through a practical, hands-on workshop format. Learners take part in a tutor-led session in the morning, exploring a range of digital tools that can support them in the workplace, with time to use the tools and try things out as they go.
The afternoon session is more collaborative, opening up space to share ideas, tools and real challenges. Learners discuss what has worked well in their own settings, raise areas they are finding difficult, and work together as a group to explore solutions, troubleshoot issues and share practical approaches that can be taken back into their day-to-day practice.
