Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 3 – Qualification
Overview
The ILM Level 3 qualification in Leadership and Management is suitable for those who have management responsibilities but have received no formal training, who wish to develop their skills and knowledge.
The qualification is available as a concise Award, a broader Certificate or as a comprehensive Diploma.
Key information
The qualification is suitable for practicing team leaders seeking to progress to the next level of management, as well as managers who are required to lead teams through organisational changes, budget cuts or other organisational pressures.
Learners will be allocated a dedicated tutor/assessor, who will work closely with both learners and employer to ensure the units selected are suited to their individual roles, organisational priorities and meet the requirements of the qualification. Delivery can be remote, or the tutor/assessor can visit the learner every four to six weeks at a location convenient for both learner and assessor.
