We offer up to 40 different A level subjects for students to choose from.
Every year, up to 10 of our A level students’ progress to Cambridge and Oxford Universities.
Over the last 2 years, 94% of our international students have progressed to Russell Group universities, widely considered to be the top 24 UK universities for excellence in research.

Over the last 2 years, international students studying A level at Gower College have achieved a 100% pass rate, with an amazing 64% achieving A* or A!

International Student of the Year, Shiwei (Nora) Liu
After a difficult experience at a private school, Nora transferred to Gower College Swansea for her second year of A Levels. She quickly adapted and became very popular with both staff and students. In addition to studying very hard, Nora also helped the International office to organise social events and welcome prospective students when touring the college. Nora went on to achieve excellent A Level results and has since progressed to study finance at Bristol University.
I have been at Gower College Swansea for nearly two years now and have really enjoyed my time here. The college is filled with laughter and excitement! The M4 motorway links London to Swansea and travel time is 3 hours. The national bus company operates an hourly direct service from Swansea to all London international airports.
Hourly direct trains are available from Swansea to London and journey time is 3 hours.
Swansea is just under 3 hours drive from London Heathrow airport. Bristol International airport is 1.5 hours drive from Swansea.
