College scoops UK Cyber Security Award
Gower College Swansea has been recognised at the 2025 NCSC Cyber Security Awards.
The National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) supports the most critical organisations in the UK, as well as the wider public sector, industry, SMEs, and the general public.
Peter Scott, the College’s Digital Skills and Innovation Lead, took home the CyberFirst Gold College of the Year Award after attending the NCSC annual academic conference in Leeds.

College highlights impressive student support provision
Gower College Swansea was delighted to welcome Sioned Williams, Senedd Regional Member, to the Tycoch campus recently.
During her tour of the campus, Sioned visited the College’s Additional Learning Needs (ALN) and Independent Living Skills (ILS) departments, as well as Learner Services and the Library team. There, staff were able to showcase the various levels of support we offer to students such as advice on funding, pastoral care, enrichment and wellbeing, and neurodiversity.
